Graphite rotor yog tsim los ntawm ob ntu: pas nrig pas nrig thiab lub tshuab nqus dej. Lub tshuab kis tau tus mob tsav lub graphite rotor tig, thiab lub sorch los yog nitrogen tshuab rau hauv txhuas yaj los ntawm tus pas nrig thiab lub nozzle. Siab -ceev rotating graphite rotor kis tau tus sorch los yog nitrogen uas nkag mus rau hauv aluminium yaj los ua ntau npuas me me, kom nws tawg mus rau hauv cov hlau tov.
Cov npuas yog nyob rau hauv kev sib cuag. Cov npuas yog nyob rau hauv cov yaj los ntawm cov pa roj sib txawv thiab cov tsos ntawm cov tsos ntawm sab nrauv. Lub hydrogen nyob rau hauv lub yaj yog absorbed, oxidation yog absorbed, thiab lub yaj tsos yog coj tawm ntawm lub npuas, thiaj li hais tias cov yaj yuav purified.
